Refund and Returns Policy

At Manzoor Center we want you to be happy with every purchase. If something is not right, this page explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

7-Day Return and Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the item. We will replace it or refund you, and we will cover the return shipping.

Items that cannot be returned

• Items that have been used, washed or altered
• Items without their original packaging or accessories
• Items damaged by misuse after delivery
• Electrical and electronic appliances are covered by the manufacturer or dealer warranty, where applicable, once opened and installed

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp on 0319-7800708 or email info@manzoorcenter.com with your order number.
2. Tell us the reason and, if the item is damaged or wrong, send a photo.
3. We will confirm whether your request is approved and explain how to send the item back or arrange pickup.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are returned using the same method you paid with, or as store credit if you prefer. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will arrange the refund through bank transfer or mobile wallet.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or model, contact us within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
